weird cramps/pains

Since I barely got AF as a teen and then went on BCP, I am new to the world of cramps.

I'm on my second shot of follistim, dexomethasone and femara and have lower back pain and now im getting weird pangs in my lower belly. are these gyn related cramps or is the metformin still kicking my butt? my stomach is still really sensitive to the metformin. This isnt the worst thing in the world, I just dont know if they are gastrointestinal or gyn related. Sorry for such a silly question!!

I take femara and trigger shot and always get really bad gaslike bloating pain. Sometimes there are sharp shooting pains. I was told its from the follies and fluid build up. I also had really bad pains while just on clomid and that was because I had a 40mm follie. It could be just that you are producing a few follicles. Are you near the end of the 5 days on it?

Im on day 5 out of 8. yeah ive had really weird pains, including one doubling over pain near my right hip.

have you done injectables before? it sounds like the pain i used to feel from follies developing. it can be pretty pronounced from injectables, especially if you aren't used to having follies/don't O on your own too often.
