JCPenney has a lot! I don't have any personal experience with them, but they usually have reviews.

I just ordered four pillow covers from a seller on Etsy:
Cottage Pixie
The first set was something she had in stock. The second set was to match one color in the first set, and it was a custom order. I'm very happy with her prices & the quality.
So if you see something you like on PB and email it to her, she can probably find something close. You might have to wait a week for her to make it though.

Just got this one from Macys.com and it's too tall, and doesn't fit the back cushion correctly. Kinda too big for my chair. Only place it really looks like it fits are the arms. Nice fabric though.
