AC in the wall install

We have a steep pitched roof by the wall where the AC would come out of outside. PC Richards told me that for their special price of $59.95 you won't get anyone to do it since it's harder but when it's $145 and the sale is over they might.

Isn't most of the work done inside?

Tempted to call around and get a pro to take a look.
