Poor Emily....
We've been trying to get her to sleep since 8pm. 45 mintues now .... we can't leave the room without her going hysterical. We have tried to let her CIO but only for 5 minutes each time because she is going nuts. She is crying so hard that her voice is going horse.
I don't know what it is. We gave her motrin in case it is her teeth. 2 nights this week she also woke up in the middle of the night hysterical and we had to bring her in the bed with us because she was up for over an hour and a half.
I just want her to go to sleep. She is so overtired and upset.

I am sorry I hopw Emily feels better soon. Is it dark in her room? Maybe she is suddenly scared of the dark. Good luck I hope she sleeps soon.

is she asleep yet? i hope so. brendan's been having trouble getting to sleep too because of his teeth. he didn't take a single nap today and was soooo tired and cranky.

Thanks everyone ... she finally fell esleep. She was literallly falling esleep in my DH's arms (it was his turn to go in there last) -- he said her eyes were rolling back in her head because she was so tired. 
THe poor little girl. It must be her teeth because even in her sleep she's moaning and wimpering a little bit.
Let's just pray that she sleeps through the night and we don't have her waking up at 3am again!

my son was very cranky today too and i had a hard time putting him to sleep. He felt a little warm earlier and was pulling on his ear. i hope he's not getting sick!!

Well, she slept until 8:15! SHe's now happily playing on the kitchen floor! She cried a few times in her sleep but went back to sleep ... and she seems in good spirits right now....although there is no tooth.
After nights like last I always check for a tooth in the AM -- as if it would miraculously appear!!!

Hayley was like that when she cut her first 2 bottom teeth. She is starting to act like that again at night so I know there are more teeth coming in.
