Avocados
I love me some avocado on a sandwich or in a salad.
What else can I do with them? (besides guac?)

I know someone that uses them instead of mayo for his tuna sandwiches. Never tried it since I'm not a huge fan of tuna, but it sounded good.

we grill them in the summer and serve them like that.
I put them in chicken soup as we are eating it as a garnish
make a avacado, tomato and red onion salad, squeeze some fresh lime over it a bit of olive oil and sald and pepper. Yummy!
I have put it in tuna also. good but a different taste
add it to beans and make a salad

I loooove avocado, tomato, mango salsa. There's a great recipe on allrecipes. It great with chips or on grilled fish.

Yes, me too!
My recipe is:
Avocado
Mango
Red onion
Cucumber
Cilantro
Lime juice
Seasoning
Soo good on everything from crackers to fish (especially in a fish taco  )
I also spread avocado on toast when I am in a pinch.

My friend makes a dip out of avadado & feta cheese - don't know the exact recipe - sounds odd but good!

I eat avocados with eggs, on a panini, quesadilla, on a salad, on tacos, sometimes I mix it with salsa and have it with chips.
I could eat avocados all day long.
