Salads and salad dressing w/ poll
I like some dressing, but if I get it chopped I love a lot of dressing and it depends on the dressing too. Usually like a lot of Lite or F/F Italian.
It's it's creamy I don't want too much
Hate it dry!! Not a fan of the taste of lettuce without anything.

Re: Salads and salad dressing w/ poll
I'm like Goldilocks. I hate too much and I hate too little. Some is just right...
At restaurants, I get disappointed if there is too little and the salad is dry and I hate when its drenched so much that the lettuce is soggy and all you can taste is the dressing.
Now I order it on the side so I can determine how much to use and have the option of asking for more. My favorites are all in the italian range: House Italians, Balsamic Vinaigrettes and Red Wine Vinaigrettes. I don't really like Creamy Italian though...

Re: Salads and salad dressing w/ poll
Salad leaves swimming in dressing is one of my biggest pet peeves! I like to have just enough dressing in my salad to make it slightly moist and give it a little more flavor but I do not want to see any dressing on the bottom of the bowl!

Some. Not too much, not too little.
One of my tricks to save on calories and fat is to put a small amount of dressing on a salad, then cover the bowl securely and shake it up really well...it'll get distributed really well throughout the salad. And if it's not enough, you can always add more.
The calorie and fat content of some dressings scares the daylights out of me. I picked up a bottle in the supermarket the other day and two tablespoons of it had 20 grams of fat. If I'm going to consume 20 grams of fat, it sure ain't gonna be on salad dressing!

Re: Salads and salad dressing w/ poll
i hate when my salad is dripping typically when we go out to eat, I will ask for the dressing on the side and do my old weight watchers trick which is dipping your fork into the dressing and then sticking your fork into the salad. Try it....you get dressing in every bite and you'll be surprised at how little dressing you actually use
That being said, I absolutely LOVE the ginger dressing from Kotobuki and too much is never enough. I have been lucky enough to find a dressing in the supermarket that is darn close to it and now I can eat it at home
