I am not a good candidate for injectables since I overproduced on Clomid. Had 7 follies when apparently the average is 1-2. Any injectable cycle would have to be killed but it would make me a good candidate for IVF. So if the Femara doesn't work IDK know how the heck we will pay for IVF, but that would be the next step.
Good Luck!!! I just want to let you know that I was able to do 2 IUI's with injectibles with the lowest dose possible of Follistim. Both cycles I made 3 to 4 follies, but could have made a lot more with a tiny increase of meds. I am also an over-responder. I do not have PCOS but during my first IVF 25 eggs were retrieved, 24 were mature, and had at least 10-20 additional tiny ones that just weren't ready to be retrieved. I would not give up on IUI's w/injectibles just yet.
