what to make with noodles in peanut sauce?
I have no clue what to make with it?
I guess we'll do some asian style veggies but what else? a beef?

I would doctor up the noodles with veggies (and a protein) and serve homemade dumplings and/or spring rolls or egg rolls on the side.
