Is a fritatta really as easy as it sounds?

yes! it can be very easy especially if you keep it simple. you just let the eggs cook a little and firm up in the pan then throw it in the oven. i think the only thing that can make it difficult is how many and what kind of ingredients you throw in.

Yes, soo easy!
I make it all in my skillet, I cook whatever I want to be in it first. Then I add my scrambled eggs and put a cover on it. 10 minutes later I slide it out and cut into it! So easy, so delicious!
