grieving taxes through mynassauproperty

A few months ago, a realtor showed me how to grieve my taxes using mynassauproperty.com. If anyone has done this, approx how long does it take to get notified of a decision?

honestly it takes forever!!! but all grievances take a long time b/c they are for the following period. I did this for my mom's house. They contacted us about a year later by mail saying there would be no reduction. There was an option for a meeting to challenge again which we took. It was worth it because basically they made her another offer there and she took it. Definitely keep an eye out for it because there is a short period to schedule that meeting if they deny you.
