What did you say??
I feel so bad, but I finally found someone else and I seriously hate the people who I had been using. They never pick up the phone, so can I just say that we decided to take a break from having the house cleaned? We are getting ready to have work done anyway...

I've found someone else to clean, as your services are not meeting my expectations.
