Where will you likely be when/if you lose it?
Is it something you'd notice in the bathroom or something that will just plop out while you are sitting at your desk or on the couch or sleeping or...?

I got up this morning to pee and when I went to wipe - there it was on the toilet paper - totally gross! It has been coming out all day - some on my underwear but mostly when I wipe after I pee.

Mine came out slowly in pieces.
When I wiped one morning I noticed somethign on the TP that looked like snot. 
It continued like that on and off for a few days.
I never really saw any big or significant pieces.
