Interviewing a Cleaning Person
What kind of questions do you ask? I got a call from my friend's cleaning lady today (I was interested in getting one but, hadn't gotten around to calling yet) and I was wondering what type of questions do you ask?

I would think referrals has to be a major part of it. I would also ask what products do you use? Green would be a major yes for me.

Thanks - I have referrals from a friend and her house looks nice and clean when I'm there.

do they bring their own supplies or do you need to supply them?
what is included and what is not (windows, cleaning out refrigerator, making beds...?)
