i have had cramping on and off for a couple weeks now and im 36 weeks idk if they are contractions though

could be false labor or your body telling you to rest.
Cramping will be consistant and timed when it's contractions.
I had them toward the end of my pregnancy, but mild and sporadic so they were just false alarms. Your body getting ready to give birth
