meatball recipe

I have a lb of meat that I would like to use up...
Anyone have a good recipe using mozzarella inside...

Also I have half jar of vodka sauce....what can I add to it so it would be enough to cook the meatballs in??...

I dnt want to fry them...

Also if I make balls could I freeze them instead of cooking them all??

I bake my meatballs and then drop them into the sauce and let it simmer in the sauce..
