pasta salad recipe?

anyone have a good one? there are so many out there and i don't really have one yet...TIA!

Any style Pasta
Chopped green peppers
Chopped Red Peppers
Chopped Red onion
black olives
crumbled feta (I prefer the french feta cheese)
black pepper
little salt
and your Favorite Italian Dressing

When I make pasta salad, I use tortellini or spiral pasta, red and green pepper and chunks of mozzarella cheese. Sometimes I'll put in olives, pepperoni, broccoli crowns, carrots, or salami. I always use the following dressing.

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbs. basil
1 tbs. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste


I adjust the dressing recipe based on how much pasta I put in. So sometimes I double it.

I cook up Orzo, rotini, or some other cool shaped pasta let cool and prepare the rest


Red Onion
Cuccs
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Red/Yellow/Green Pepper 1/4 of each or 1/2 depending on size
grape tomatoes

I make the Italian dressing from wishbone. The dry pack where you add the Eva, water, and red wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper

I mix it all together and then leave out: parm, salami, feta, ham, chicken,Cheddar cheese so people could/can add more if they want.

It's FANTASTIC and I get requests for this at every summer event we go to!
