36W Appointment
Just got back from our 36 week appointment (I am 36w2d). Our is measuring pretty big at 6lbs, 8oz (just below 70th percentile). I am about .5cm dilated, but still really high, no real dropping yet. Dr. says all of this is pretty normal, but I am curious, for those that have done it, have you had similar experiences?
Thanks

Re: 36W Appointment
I have my 36w appointment tomorrow - - hoping for some news of initial progress....but I have no idea what to expect! Also have a growth sono on Friday, so should get a good sense as to size (was 91st percentile last time ).

Re: 36W Appointment
At 36w, was measuring 6 lbs. 14 oz and I was totally closed.
At 37w I didn't get measured, but I was 1 cm dilated!
Appts were exactly 1 week apart.

If it is any comfort, our was also in the 90th percentile at 20 weeks, so thankfully he levelled off a little bit!

I'm just preparing for a mammoth baby! I've been getting monthly growth sonos for other reasons - so the 91st percentile was at 33 weeks. That said, I feel like he hasn't grown as aggresively as he had in previous months. We'll know soon enough!!
