What are your favorite Crockpot Recipes?
I am sick of making potroast and stew. Someone posted a great breakfast recipe with eggs, tatertots and other ingredients. That was good. I also make my Sunday sauce in my crockpot. I don't have to sit for 3 hours stirring. Any other food ideas. I like easy recipes with simple ingredients. TIA

Simple and yummy!
Crockpot Chicken W/ Blackbeans and Cream Cheese 4-5 boneless chicken breasts 1 can black beans 1 jar salsa , any kind (I don't like chunks so I use smooth taco sauce) 1/2 - 1 package cream cheese (depending on taste)
You can also add a drained can of corn
1. Take 4-5 boneless/skinless breasts (they can even be frozen) and put into crockpot 2. Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, (if you want 1 can of corn drained.) 3. Keep in crockpot on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Shred. 4. Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour. 5. All done and enjoy! I serve in big tortillas.
Shredded Buffalo Chicken:
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle of Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch powder 1/2-1 block cream cheese (optional)
Put it all in crockpot on high for 2-3 hrs. Shred with fork. I added some cream cheese and it was awesome. Made it nice and creamy and cut the heat. You can serve on buns or make pizzas with it. I toast pitas then add the chicken mixture, top with bleu cheese or mozzarella and broil until bubbly. SO good.

Re: What are your favorite Crockpot Recipes?
I make the easiest recipe for BBQ pulled pork, made with an all white mean boneless porkloin. So simple!
Get a tied pork loin roast. I make a 2 1/2 lb one for my husband and son.
Place in the crockpot. Add Jack Daniels brand Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce from Stop and Shop. Brush the roast with it. Be generous.
Place crock pot on low for about 8 hours. Cut the strings on the roast and remove. Use two forks to shred the meat. It is so soft and tender, it does it almost immediately. Add 1/2 the bottle of BBQ sauce and stir the meat. Turn off Crock Pot and let sit 20minutes covered. Serve with corn and mashed potatoes. EVerytime I make it they go crazy over it. (I am a vegetarian and I even love the smell of my house when I'm making it.
Good Luck

Re: What are your favorite Crockpot Recipes?
Salsa chicken...I think I got the recipe from here...I use half in tortillas and then the other half as chicken enchiladas.
Chicken Delicious...I got that recipe from here also...I love this one, my husband only likes it...its creamy and so good over rice.
I make my favorite chili recipe in the crock pot too, so its ready when I get home.
