Santa cecilia granite
I want to choose this color for my kitchen, but my kitchen guy told me it is a grade C and much more expensive. However, I am doing some basic internet research, and it seems like it is a grade A. I have seen this granite in many homes, and I really think it is a basic color. Can anyone verify this, or does anyone know if this particular color has become more exotic?

Re: Santa cecilia granite
granite shops are going to charge what they want to charge.
the best thing to do would be to price it out at another granite place. Check out Alcamo in Commack.

Re: Santa cecilia granite
I Have it in my bathroom.
One place in Babylon wanted $750 for a 48" vanity. I went to College Point Queens and got the same vanity made for $350. Granite/tile sellers sell it at the price they want to sell it at.
I don't think Santa Cecelia is a particularly expensive or exotic stone so I would shop around.

We looked at Santa Cecilia for our kitchen. It was grade A everywhere we shopped for it last year. I would shop around more if I were you.
