I am going through something very similar... i stopped coffee as well and I honestly think its the coffee. I've gone a day without coffee before and always get the worst headaches.

Re: headache and bodyache
I'm there with you. I do remember wicked headaches with #1, so I wasn't so nervous, but mentioned to OB. i thought it was caffeine related - he said probably just pregnancy.
I do think blood pressure has a little to do with headaches too. I had a crappy week last week and then I noticed my feet were swelling. I have off this week and the swelling went down and the headaches are gone i'm going to blame my boss.

Re: headache and bodyache
I'm 23 weeks with twins, I'm not really a big caffeine person.. just random.. so for me I doubt that's it. I have had headaches, body aches and weird nausea (diff than morning sickness) sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the middle of the night.. I feel so odd

Re: headache and bodyache
At the beginning I had a lot of headaches. It was horrible. You can take Tylenol if you want. Mine were all hormonal related (when I was on the pill it gave me migraines at the start of each period). It subsided and now I only get them when I'm getting dehydrated.
It could be the caffeine withdrawal, high blood pressure, hormones, dehydration, stress.
