Andrew doesn't smile that much...
Could there be something wrong. He smiles a few times a day but other then that I try and try and nothing
He looks happy by his eyes but no smiles.
Should I be worried? He is 8 weeks old

Honestly, I don't think you should be. I would only be concerned if he didn't smile at all. That's probably just the way his personality is.

I'm sure it's ok - some babies that young don't smile that often.

Re: Andrew doesn't smile that much...
My DS rarely smiled even at 8 weeks old... I would just get the occasional tiny random smile, and not really in "response" to my smile I started looking on the internet, and was convinced he had all sorts of delays in his social/communication development.
Well a couple of days after he turned 9 weeks, I lifted him out of the bassinet one morning and he looked right at me with a huge grin. He has not stopped smiling and giggling since.
Don't worry about it, he is totally fine!!!

Abby did not start smiling on a regular basis until about 12 weeks old. I was concerned as well but now she is all smiles all the time.
Nothing to worry about. I am sure he is happy.
