BBB - tip/rave

Just thought I'd give you girls a heads up that when using your completion coupon, if you have other coupons as well, split the purchase up into those items that are typically excluded and thus only discounted with the completion coupon and a second purchase with all other items that you'd want to use $5 off and $10 off and 20% off coupons.

I had assumed that they'd take 10% off what they could and then let me use the other coupons on the other items but that was not the case so they had to void and rescan, etc...

I will say that they were very nice about price adjusting for things I got at my shower that had been on the typically excluded list.

Also, even though they aren't supposed to they allowed me to use 11 coupons on Saturday!!!

Also, they gave me store credit for a towel set that when washed once literally fell apart. I didn't have the receipt or the packaging but it had been on my registry and so I was able to get store credit.

Basically, BBB has excellent customer service.

DH thinks I might be banned from there sometime in the future though because he is pretty sure they lost money on us this weekend.

they are great about customer service- that is why i shop there as much as i possibly can

it seemed like everytime i went i was always returning something for the entire first year of my son's life- and ucually without a receipt. they are so easy to deal with which is so nice
