Cola Chicken - anything else????
Serving Cola Chicken for a get-together with 3 friends on Sunday. Serving it over Noodles.....What should I serve with it?

Same here! We make Cola Pot Roast, but chicken sounds good too!
I would make a salad to go with it or some type of vegetable. Maybe green beans.

1 Can Diet Coke
1 Cup Ketchup
Chicken Pieces of choice
you can either make this in a crock pot or a deep frying pan on the stove
Crock Pot:
Put all ingredients in and cook on low for 6-7 hours
Frying Pan:
Spray pan
Place Chicken in pan
pour ketchup over chicken
pour diet coke over everything
Cook until sauce is boiling
turning down to simmer and cover.....
simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice

Dinner was a great success.....had snacks before dinner and did not serve a vegetable. No one missed it.
