I LIVE for home improvement and renovations. I've owned this house for 8.5 years and the home improvement excitement never gets old! I got excited when my DH ripped out some weeds that were bothering me! Well, I think it just plain excited me to see him doing a bit of housework!

I know the feeling. When we were renovating our house I was so giddy over everything that was done to our home especially the formal living room and the laundry room. I wanted a particular look but when it was actually done I was so happy.

Well if by do something you mean hire someone else and tell them what to do and then it is nicer than you thought it would be - YES I LOVE THAT!!!! We hired a carpenter and i gave him pictures so that he had an idea what i liked and then told him to do what he thought would look the best - and it all came out great. The moldings, the trim around the doors, the wainscotting..... It looks great!

YES...DH just ripped up the carpet in our dining room, living room, hallway and put down laminate flooring and it looks soooo good!! He is so proud of himself
