Would it be ok for a 10 month old? What would she be able to do there?

Your 10 month old would love it! There are water "rides" that you can take her on in your lap, parades, shows, etc. I've gone every summer since DS (now 5) was 14 months. Took DD (now 17 months) last summer, when she was only 6 mos. She had an awesome time! If you want more info., feel free to FM.
