Clomid ?

What are the average number of follicles produced on 100 mg of Clomid? I know it is different for every woman, but trying to get a rough estimate... My first round I produced 2 and was having A LOT of sensations in my ovaries. I am currently on my second round and no sensations at all now? Really hoping it is working Thursday U/s cant come soon enough

I took 50mg last cycle and got one follicle at 20.5mm. This cycle I took 100mg and on CD13 u/s I had one at 12.4 on left and one at 11.1 on right. Today I went back (CD17) and left one grew to 18.8. Not great in my opinion. I'm questioning if Clomid is working for me.

So, I guess it's different for everyone - I hope you do better on it than me!!

clomid is very unpredictable. some cycles you may have 2 others you may have none. its not super reliable or controllable. because each cycle is different you should not expect to have the same amount of follies on the same meds every cycle.

Thank you both so much for your input-I know their isnt much to do but pray and wait and see, but I am so bad at that!! Fingers crossed for us all...

First mo we did 100 my and I had a 40mm and an 18. 2nd mo we did 50 mg and I has a 24 and a 25

I did 4 rounds of clomid, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg and 250 mg in 2 cycles. On all 4 occasions I never produced any follicles that were big enough. on the 250 I finally had something that was worth counting at a size 10. I was crushed when they told me they had to be 18ish.
After that, in the same cycle as the 200 and 250, they put me on injectables. I produced too many and switched to ivf last minute.

i think they had me on 50mg. i made 3-4 each cycle that matured. I'd start with 6-7 and the smaller ones would stall out.
