Tuna?
I have been nauseous and throwing up all week. :(
I am 6 weeks pregnant. I was able to keep down a tuna sandwich on Wednesday night.
Im now craving it again.
Can I have another sandwich??

Re: Tuna?
At 6 weeks I think you can. After 8 weeks, no.
MyOB said canned tuna 1x a month was ok, but was unhappy I had a tunasteak around 23 weeks,

Re: Tuna?
Current recommendations according to a medical journal article that I read, and which I advise my patients.. Avoid: shark, swordfish, tilefish, and king mackrel Tuna is ok 1- 6oz serving/wk. 12oz/wk of other types of fish are recommended in pregnancy.
