whole grain waffle with peanut butter..  my second lunch will be a grilled mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich..

Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, and munster. Side of carrots and a handful of baked kettle chips.

cheese and black bean quesadilla. and then a slice of the cheesecake I made for DHs birthday yesterday.  I am going to have to give half of that darn cake to my parents because it is sitting there staring at me all day!

I had a delicious chicken souvlaki from this little diner around the block from my job. They have the most AMAZING tzaiki. But I couldn't finish it, my stomach wasn't cooperating 
and of course now I'm starving and looking for chocolate
