Keeping black clothes black
All of my black clothes fade SO quickly. What am I doing wrong? I'm pretty gentle on my clothes, and always wash them in cold water (usually with Cheer or Tide).
Does anyone have a secret to keeping them dark after multiple washings?

I never put them in the dryer. I always hang dry.

I was going to write the same thing... I have taken to line drying all my favorite blacks including leggings.

Woolite makes a detergent for dark laundry. It seems to help too

Re: Keeping black clothes black
I use"green wash ball" I bought on HSN for all of my dark clothes, they are detergent free and antibacterial. No fading at all when washed in cold water. I also line dry. Good luck...
