Question about Dr. B
Does anyone know how much the initial consultation is without any insurance? Also if they offer any sort of payment plan?

I can't remember the exact number, but it was either $250 or $300. I am not sure about payment plans 
ETA I just looked it up on my bank statement and it was $250.

Yup $250.
EDITED for Payment Plans: They don't have an official payment plan that I know of. However, they are pretty flexible about payments. I paid a little something (like $200, ok so not so "little") everytime I went in and it was never an issue.

from what i remember all of my appointments were $350 without insurance but that was in late 2009.
