bathroom remodel
Has anyone recently done a full bathroom gut?
If so, who did you use?
Also, if you dont mind sharing costs that would be awesome too.

We did ours about a year ago.
We did it ourselves and materials were around $8K but we could have done it alot cheaper if we wanted to! We have Kraftmaid vanity with 2 sinks and a linen closet and did granite, as well as a deeper tub (no jets)
We got quotes for the labor anywhere from 5-8K which included labor and things like sheetrock, outlet covers, just no finishes basically.

We are getting two new bathrooms currently. I think we paid about $12k for them both (one was more than the other because we used higher end tile and are getting a glass shower door).

This is a great price!! Do you mind me asking where you are located? We are looking to buy a coop that needs new bathrooms (2). I got a quote of $10 each (so $20k) to redo them and that's with doing everything on a very low budget! Now I'm not sure we're going through with the purchase
