morning sickness
I'm 4 weeks today. Is it normal to be having morning sickness already? I threw up for the first time this morning, although I've been nauseated for the last couple of days. What has worked for you girls to treat it? I'm hungry, but anytime I think about actually eating, I get a wave of nausea. Not fun.

Re: morning sickness
Carbs!!! Carbs are your friend.. I was ok until 6 weeks.. b/c all I ate was fruits and carbs.. and then I became a bit more adventerous, it was bad.. I would puke out my dinner because of indigestion. But I keep crackers, ginger lollipops, and a bagle with me.. hang in there..

Re: morning sickness
Thank you!! I think I'll go out and get some crackers. Cooked carbs are not feeling very appealing to me, but I can imagine eating crackers and gingerale.
