JC Penney nursey furniture

I fell in love with a few sets on JC Penney.com, but want to see them in person. Do any of the stores have a reasonable selection in stock to look at? Or do I have to go by the website pics and reviews?

I went by the website, reviews and pictures and was VERY happy with my decision. Excellent quality and super eay to put together. There are pics in my album but we got the Grayson 4-in-1 crib by Savanna and the Bella changing table, both in Espresso, very nice quality hardwood.

I don't think they have them on display anywhere.

But I have bought furniture more than once from JC Penney (including baby furniture) with out seeing a display and I haven't been disappointed yet!

We just bought a set for DS and the dressers are beautiful. We were very happy with them (getting the crib in the right color is a different story! they keep sending a white one -- the set is cherry!)

I got my nursery furniture there (Tori Set in Espresso) and it's gorgeous in person. Excellent quality, beautiful color, I'm extremely happy with it. And JCPenny was easy to work with because I originally bought the set in Cherry but was unhappy with the color when it came in and they exchanged it, no questions. The only thing was the free "ship to store" was not applicable to the changing table because it was too big and had to be shipped via a shipping company so we had to pay for shipping on that. Other than that no complaints!!!

We're very happy with the quality of the set we received. It stinks not seeing it in person, but I'd say the pictures and reviews on the website are very accurate.

Only issue I had was with color. My MIL ordered our crib the day we told her we were PG. But I wanted the set in Espresso and she ordered it in Maple. I hated the Maple color on the website, but when we received it it looked like it was Cherry, so I decided to keep it. Fast forward to when we ordered the dresser and changing table, we got the dresser in Maple to match the crib and had to get a changing table from another collection since the collection we were using didn't have the Maple changing table. So we ordered a similar one in Cherry. Well, the Cherry is much darker than the Maple. If it were up to me I would have ordered the entire set in the Cherry or Espresso color that I wanted, but because MIL ordered it in the color SHE wanted (and it looked much darker in her house to me), we now have a set that doesn't match.
