Help with Lamaze!!!!!
Ok girls I am 7 1/2 months pregnant. My doctor told us we should look into a lamaze class.
I called the hospital and they offer one but its $200 and either a whole sat from 10-4 or a wed night from 7:30-10. They said they go over everything from pre-pregnancy on.. I dont need that! lol
I was just looking for a simple class to show some breathing and thats it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. !!!

Honestly you can rent or buy the DVD
"Laugh and Learn about Childbirth"
they show you all the stuff we learned in the class I took at the hospital.

Thats def an option.
But this being our first we kind of wanted to experience the class and stuff. I just think $200.00 is a lot. Maybe its not though?
