Re: washing hair

Usually every other day, depends on workout schedule. I use dry shampoo a lot to help keep it clean without having to deal with styling it.

Re: washing hair

Every other day (sometimes i'll throw it in a pony the 3rd day and wash it that night) plus I started using dry shampoo on those days. I used to wash everyday but my stylist said my hair was getting damaged from my straightener and washing it everyday.

Re: washing hair

Once a week...I only use shampoo once a week, the rest of the time, I only use a little bit of conditioner. I have fine oily hair too (with Keratin treatment) and it took a VERY long time for me to get used to stop washing it. If it's super greasy, then I use a dry shampoo to absorb the oils.

My stylist only washes her hair once every two weeks, and her hair looks amazing. Have to say my hair looks awesome too, and it took a while for it to get that way...just have to let your natural oils come out and you're good to go!

Re: washing hair

I can let 4-5 days go without washing, or even wetting it. My hair looks better the longer it goes without washing. It holds style and wave better.
