hotel or b&b in napa?

So i'm going to apologize in advance, bc i'll probably have a ton of questions about CA over the next few months.

So far for our trip in august we have the following plan:

Day 1: Fly into San Francisco
Day 2: Drive to Yosemite
Day 3: Yosemite
Day 4: Yosemite/Drive to Napa
Day 5: Napa
Day 6: Napa/Drive to San Francisco
Day 7: San Francisco
Day 8: Fly home

In Yosemite we're probably staying in a camping like place..possibly even a tent

After that, do you think we should do a hotel or b+b in Napa?

Any suggestions? I was looking into either the Avia or Westin if we do a hotel.
