When is the busiest time for new listings??
There really hasnt been a lot of new inventory over the past month.
Will we see a large increase in April or not until after Easter?

ive heard that march/april sees a large spike in inventory!

I've heard Late Spring / Summer...most families want to move out before the school year starts.
