Please help me build an outfit around these shoes! ETA more questions!!!
I wasn't able to find a belt I liked  and the tunic I have isn't really nice enough for a party without it.
If I am wearing skinny jeans does the top have to be bigger, or can it be fitted?
Also can someone please give me ideas on what color goes with skinny blue jeans and those shoes?? TIA!!!

My joint birthday party (with my DD) is on Saturday. I was hoping not to have to buy anything but I have no clue what to wear with these 
I have skinny black pants and skinny dark jeans but I've never worn heels with skinny pants and I don't know if I can pull that look off...
Help please!

If you can pull off skinny jeans and flats you can definitely do it with heels.
And I've seen you, you can totally pull it off!

That's a good idea - I don't have a wide belt but I have a black tunic. What color belt?
Maybe a patent black to match the sole of the shoe or black with gold accents

I think the top can be fitted with skinny jeans but I'd just make sure it's on the longer side.
What about a blazer?

Sometimes it's a little too much if it's all fitted but it depends. I think a blazer is a great compromise!
