36 week appointment
I had my 36 week appointment yesterday. Had my first internal  - It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but uncomfortable. I was 1 cm dilated, and 60% effaced.
So my question to all of you out there, if you were dilated/effaced at your 36 week appointment, did you go early, on time, or late. I know you can walk around for weeks being dilated and effaced, so I'm not getting my hopes up, but I would so love to go a little bit early.

I don't have answer for you, but I'm also going for my first internal next week and I 'm glad to hear it wasn't so bad. Very exciting though for you

Honestly it doesn't mean anything. I was in the same boat you are in and ended up having to be induced. It could really go either way.
