Splenda - OK for toddlers?
I bought canned pears to try with Kevin since they are soft and the label read that they were sweetened with Splenda. Is it safe for little ones? (These were the only ones that did not come in light/heavy syrup).

I would ask the ped. Personally I do not give DD any artificial sweeterners like Spenda or Equal. JMO
I would use the ones in the light syrup and rinse them in water to get rid of the excess syrup.

This sounds like a good idea, I wouldn't give my son artificial sweeteners, but then I don't use them myself either.
