Really yummy meatloaf recipe!
I tried this last night from Cooking Light and it was delicious!
BBQ Meatloaf
1 1/2lbs. lean ground beef
1/2c. breadcrumbs
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2c. chopped onion
1/4c. BBQ sauce, reserved
Combine all ingredients except reserved BBQ sauce. Shape into loaf on sheet pan or in a loaf pan. Top w/reserved BBQ sauce and cover w/foil. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
