after m/c can i....?

try to work out again? i had d&c on friday and was never told yes or no.

i havent exercised in two months bc i was afraid of m/c so since it happened anyway i have to try to lose some wieght and feel better about myself.

Aww Jennifer Im thinking about you. Im sorry you are going through this. Did you try calling your doctor? I don't know the answer to your question but I wanted to let you know I was thinking about you. I just started to run while I was on a break from IVF and your right it does make you feel so much better.

After my D&E, I was told to wait 2wks before I could start exercising and they said to take it slow at first.

I was also not allowed to take a bath, swim, or BD for two weeks.

i was def told no sex bathing etc for two weeks but no mention of excercise..i guess i can email dr b...

after my D&C on a friday my dr said i could get back to the gym monday if i felt up to it, its a comfort level thing

but as everyone else said, no BD, tampons or baths for 2 weeks

so sorry for your loss

I am so sorry for your loss Jennifer. I have no experience with this so I can not offer any real advice, but I would think you would need to take it easy for a couple of weeks. I would speak to your doc.
