Grieving Taxes - Nassau County
Can anyone recommend someone to use to grieve taxes in Nassau. I know Suffolk has Mark Lewis. Does Nassau have anyone like that? Thanks.

We used Fred Perry this year for Nassau. He is the "Mark Lewis" of Nassau.

Re: Grieving Taxes - Nassau County
Just went through this with my mom's house. Nassau County allows you to grieve your own assessment. It's really easy. There is a website called arc. You can submit a request and then they will contact you. They make you an offer and you can still argue the point with valid comps. I was so surprised how easy they made this.
