I just called a lawyer to do the closing on my co-op and house (if we get it)..
He gave me a quote of 1200 for each..
Does anyone have anyone else that can do better than this.. it seems a little high..

Our lawyer is doing the closing on our co-op for $850. He's in Bayside and is great! Please FM if you are interested in his info.
ETA: Where is the co-op located...sometimes that makes a difference.
