Re: WW shopping list?
I'm not on WW but all my gals are doing it so of course I know the program pretty well. -Greek yogurt is a must!! I buy the plain and then if I want it sweet I add a tablespoon of sugar free preserves (Polaner has one with fiber too) -lots of fresh veggies and fruit -chicken breast, turkey breast (whole and ground)
-I use A LOT of spices in the kitchen....I know it keeps me from getting bored with flavors and it wont add any points to your meals I tend to use alot of Indian spices....I make a spinach dish that is 0 points plus and keep it as a base in the fridge...you can add chicken, shrimp, tofu etc and have different meals each day (I made this for my friend with ground chicken and for a big bowl it came out to 1 point)
