There's a light at the end of the tunnel
So here I am beyond excited about what will basically be the most uncomfortable, painful and prolonged experience of my life!!! BUT I finally received confirmation from my OB that I'm going to be induced on Tuesday at 6am! At that point I'll be 39w3d but since I'm a high risk patient my Peri doesn't want me to go any closer to my due date. Baby is fully baked and on the bigger side and the placeta is already starting to deteriorate. So basically they'll start me off with Cervidil and then Pitocin. My OB warned me it's going to be a long process but I have to do what I have to do. Going in on Monday for a final internal and a full consult and hopefully will be meeting DS a short time after that, if he doesn't decide to be stubborn and give mommy the gift of 50 hours of labor... Some good labor and delivery vibes will be very much appreciated!!!
