Need to vent although I shouldn't

DH is very handy. He has a wide range of skills and really knows how to do anything and everything around the house ( and very well I might add)
But sometimes I wish he wasnt. Since he has the ability to do everything himself and is so picky about the quality of work done he refuses to let me hire someone to come in and do the work I want done. But due to his hectic work schedule he dosen't really have the time and when he does I don't want to nag him to do things around the house when he deserves a day off to just relax. I just really want to get this place done already. I have been putting off having a house warming party until everything is done ( well at least the big stuff) and it just feels like its never going to happen.

I FEEL YOUR PAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN....... OUR HOUSE WILL NEVER BE DONE FOR THIS REASON..
