Committed to the Stairs and OMG
so at my job every year we always do a little challenge during the time of lent. we either give up something or promise to commit to something and we see who can last the 40 days. i committed to taking the stairs every morning to my office...i work on the 3rd floor. we started on wednesday and already i wanna die! when i get to the top i'm so out of breath and they laugh at me cuz i cant even say good morning. i'm gonna try my best to keep on it because i know this little bit of excercise is good but oh man! its hard! lol

Re: Committed to the Stairs and OMG
At my school I am up on the third floor. I had an elevator key but after the other pregnant teacher and a student got stuck in the elevator, I began taking the stairs. lol.
So I know how it feels to be so out of breath you can't talk. And I will attribute my easy labor to this activity. (I know it probably wasn't the stairs but I gotta make myself feel like the stairs were worth it).
