had a dr appt today!
All went well.
No sono today.  But I can't really complain because I've seriously had like 10 sonograms (literally) and this is my first non sono appt. I'm almost 24 weeks.
He did check the heart rate... and for the first time I got a number for it. 147. What was cute was he had her heart beat and then my heart in the background. She didn't move at all before the appt... but when he put the cold thingy on my stomach to check the Heart beat... she hit it.. with some force too! then she hit it again. haha! IDK that she felt it.. but it def seemed like she didn't want it there!
I've been listening to the heartbeat on the doppler but I wasn't sure if what I was hearing was her heartbeat... and there was another noise I was hearing too... well now I know what they both are! Her heartbeat and my own heartbeat in the background. It sounded identical to what I was listening to at home!!!
Up next is the glucose test! they gave me the orange drink to put in the fridge... and told me to drink it then go there for the blood test. YIKES!!!

we are totally on the same schedule with dr. G!! i was supposed to go today for the same appt but i had to resched. i figured there was no sono this time but like you ive had A LOT of them so i figure there wont be too many more!!
so when do you actually do the glucose test?
glad you had a good appt!

he said 4 weeks. we made the appt but i forgot which day we made it for. they wrote it down.
