Finally starting to breathe a little easier...
So today DH and I had blood taken so they can test each of out ninth chromosomes for variations. Our meeting with the genetic counselor went very well and we were reassured that the area of the chromosome that shows a slight variation is a non-active area and is not harmful to the baby. They just need our blood to identify which one of us has the variation...
I am finally starting to feel a little more relaxed...
Now who is inside my belly? We're not finding out but I am sure getting curious. The genetic counselor said she couldn't even let us see the amnio report because it appears throughout the whole thing

Great news! I give you credit for not just giving in and finding out what the sex is. I would be sooooo curious after all that you've gone through lately.
